A former employer, who was also a mentor and a friend once told me after looking at all the certificates and commendations on my office wall, "John, all of that got you here. But what are going to do to be better moving forward?" His point was that all of the fancy certificates and classes mean nothing if you don't apply all of what you have learned to keep being your best. And that is my promise to the people I work for...To use all of what I am to give the best, most professional service possible at all times, in all conditions, period.
